Suspicious vehicle prompts evacuation of Downey neighborhood

Neighbors were suspicious of a black van  in a neighborhood off of Rosemead near Telegrapj in Downey so sheriff’s have evacuated the neighborhood and called in the bomb squad. HMG will update when available.
