At least wo people are dead and two others are in critical condition after gunfire broke out at Nevada middle school Monday morning, according to local reports.
A gunman at Sparks Middle School was killed along with a second unidentified victim, RGJ.com reports.
The two victims hospitalized are described as two male minors, a Renown Regional Hospital spokeswoman told the paper. An earlier report identified one victim as being 12-years old.
The school, located just east of Reno, was placed in lockdown after the the first 911 call came in around 7:16 a.m. PDT, a Sparks police dispatcher said.
