Law enforcement officials have confirmed that the death of an adult male early Friday morning on Pioneer Boulevard in Norwalk was the result of a fight between two brothers.
Members of the Norwalk Sheriff’s Station responded to the 16000 block of Pioneer Boulevard at around 1:15 a.m. where they found the victim Christopher Wilcher, 48, of Norwalk, who was declared dead at the scene.
A spokesman for the Sheriff’s department said that “The brothers were arguing and a physical fight ensued, no weapons were involved.”
As a preliminary cause of death, police are looking toward asphyxiation as the cause.
