The address of the location is 67 Franklin Street. Sources are reporting that the suspect is alive and law enforcement have surrounded a boat where he is holed up.

SHOTS HAVE BEEN HEARD AT A LOCATION ON FRANKLIN STREET NEAR THE WATERTOWN MALL AS THE HUNT FOR Dzhokar Tsarnaev CONTINUES THROUGHOUT THE GREATER BOSTON AREA.

Dzhokar Tsarnaev may be driving a 1999 four-door, green Honda Civic with Massachusetts license plates reading 116GC7.

Metropolitan Boston Transit Authority: Limited Service has RESUMED on ALL MBTA modes except the Commuter Rail. Copley Station still closed. MBCR will resume tomorrow 4/20 (Saturday Schedule). See www.mbta.com for updates.
